Accenture seeks a Consultant to lead Planning transformation projects for Life Sciences clients. This role drives end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives while scaling AI-enabled solutions. What You'll Do8
- 1Support project delivery of business and technology transformations leveraging deep industry expertise in Planning and AI-enabled work
- 2Understand business value levers for Planning reinvention across pharmaceuticals biotech MedTech and beyond including full value chain impacts
- 3Build and apply technical industry organizational and functional knowledge to support sales opportunities for existing and new clients
- 4Engage deeply in project delivery executing against program priorities leading work products and coaching others
- 5Deliver with effective communication managing internal and external relationships
- 6Support practice and people development alongside day-to-day project delivery excellence
- 7Drive generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable Agentic planning operations translating complex technical outputs into executive-ready insights
- 8Travel 0-75% depending on project demands
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 3 years experience working on Supply Chain initiatives
- 2Minimum 3 years experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives
- 3Minimum 1 year external consulting experience or 2 years internal consulting at manager level
- 4Bachelor's degree with 12 years work experience or associate degree with 6 years experience
- 5Developing expertise in Patient-Based Demand Forecasting IBP S&OP S&OE Inventory Optimization CMO/CDMO Supply Planning Clinical Supply
- 6Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments
- 7MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 8Exposure to life sciences planning platforms such as OMP Kinaxis RapidResponse SAP IBP/S4 o9 Solutions Blue Yonder Veeva Vault SAP ERP MES/MOM
- 9Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
- 10Experience using visualization tools like Power BI Tableau Alteryx and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics Google Analytics
- 11Understanding of GxP and regulatory considerations in pharma manufacturing
