What You'll Do11
- 1Support project delivery leveraging deep industry expertise in Planning and AI-enabled transformation
- 2Analyze business value levers for Planning reinvention across pharmaceuticals biotech MedTech and distribution
- 3Apply technical functional knowledge to enhance sales opportunities for existing and new clients
- 4Execute hands-on work managing program priorities coaching and mentoring colleagues
- 5Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project excellence
- 6Champion generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate agentic planning solutions
- 7Translate complex technical results into executive-ready presentations and scalable outcomes
- 8Travel between offices with flexibility ranging from 0-75% of time
- 9Deliver integrated planning initiatives with proven success in supply chain optimization
- 10Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development
- 11Drive continuous improvement using modern data analytics and visualization tools
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain initiatives
- 2Minimum 3 years experience in Integrated Planning initiatives
- 3Minimum 1 year external consulting experience or 2 years internal consulting at manager level
- 4Bachelor's degree with 12 years work experience or equivalent
- 5Developing expertise in patient-based demand forecasting inventory optimization clinical supply planning
- 6Proven ability to solve problems creatively and analytically
- 7MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 8Exposure to planning platforms such as OMP Kinaxis RapidResponse SAP IBP/S4 or Blue Yonder
- 9Lean or Six Sigma certification beneficial
- 10Familiarity with GxP regulations and their impact on AI solutions
- 11Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
