What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement Integrated Planning Strategy frameworks tailored to life sciences environments
- 2Lead full IBP cycle integrating commercial clinical regulatory and operations inputs
- 3Develop demand and supply planning processes addressing patient-based forecasting and batch yield variability
- 4Translate IBP decisions into short-horizon execution plans aligning production schedules with demand
- 5Create multi-echelon inventory strategies considering shelf life temperature control and regulatory hold periods
- 6Implement AI-enabled planning tools digital twins and advanced analytics for supply chain modernization
- 7Identify forecasting accuracy improvements reduce supply risk and accelerate planning cycles
- 8Lead workshops to enhance organizational processes and methodologies
- 9Determine appropriate project completion methods and procedures
- 10Provide client insights enabling faster more efficient operations
- 11Challenge legacy practices using constructive techniques that foster client growth
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain initiatives
- 2Minimum 5 years experience in integrated planning initiatives
- 3Minimum 5 years experience in biopharma or med tech industries
- 4Minimum 2 years external consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting role
- 5Bachelor's degree with minimum 12 years total work experience
- 6Specialization in patient-based demand forecasting IBP/S&OP S&OE inventory optimization CMO/CDMO supply planning or clinical-to-commercial transition
- 7Proven ability to work creatively in problem-solving environments
- 8Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- 9MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 10Hands-on experience with life sciences planning platforms OMP Kinaxis RapidResponse SAP IBP/S4 o9 Solutions Blue Yonder
