What You'll Do8
- 1Drive project execution for Planning transformation programs, owning end-to-end delivery and coaching junior team members.
- 2Analyze business value levers across the Life Sciences value chain, from demand forecasting to inventory optimization.
- 3Design and implement AI-enabled planning solutions, including generative AI and agent-based modeling.
- 4Lead client workshops and presentations, translating complex technical outputs into executive-ready insights.
- 5Build Accenture's differentiated Planning capability by contributing to practice development and pre-sales efforts.
- 6Apply deep industry expertise in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and MedTech sectors to deliver measurable outcomes.
- 7Integrate OMP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, or o9 Solutions into client planning processes.
- 8Develop scalable use cases for agentic planning operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements9
- 13+ years working on Supply Chain initiatives.
- 23+ years working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
- 32+ years in Biopharma, Medical Devices, CDMO/CMO, or Life Sciences sectors.
- 41+ year external consulting experience or 2+ years internal consulting at Manager level.
- 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
- 6Exposure to planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP/S4, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or adjacent systems like Veeva Vault or SAP ERP.
- 7Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
- 8Understanding of GxP and regulatory considerations in pharma manufacturing.
- 9Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
