What You'll Do11
- 1Manage IT hardware procurement from request through receipt deployment and disposition
- 2Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain supplier relationships
- 3Track purchase orders deliveries and inventory activities within ServiceNow
- 4Maintain accurate asset records and inventory levels including bench stock
- 5Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- 6Generate reports and dashboards for inventory warranty and deployment metrics using Service Access Management tools
- 7Develop SOPs and support continuous process improvement initiatives
- 8Provide Tier I/II support for hardware software business applications and account management
- 9Perform daily tasks requiring prolonged sitting or standing at a desk
- 10Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed
- 11Create dashboards SOPs and performance metrics for hardware software
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience or High School Diploma and 9 years relevant experience
- 2At least 2-3 years hands-on ServiceNow experience
- 3Strong analytical communication and customer service skills
- 4Experience with workstation imaging and mobile device management
- 5Ability to document tickets and support enterprise environments
- 6ITIL knowledge or CMDB and IT Asset Management experience
- 7Federal government or contractor experience
- 8Experience creating dashboards SOPs and performance metrics for hardware software
- 9Physical and mental qualifications including ability to lift 15 pounds
- 10Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 11Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
