Overview
Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal Systems Test Engineer to lead high-impact systems test on the Triton Program. What You'll Do8
- 1Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to verify system functional requirements
- 2Create detailed nominal and off-nominal test scenarios focused on user experience improvements
- 3Independently manage complex projects meeting tight deadlines
- 4Support weekend shifts and multi-shift schedules to ensure continuous testing coverage
- 5Present test integration and execution findings to program and test leadership
- 6Utilize Wireshark/TCP ICMP and Netstat to diagnose air and ground system discrepancies
- 7Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting system performance
- 8Maintain SAP clearance through rigorous security protocols
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor of Science degree in STEM with 5+ years professional/military experience OR Master's with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ year
- 2Secret clearance with SAP authorization capability
- 3Extensive experience in system test and software development lifecycle
- 4Proficiency with hot bench testing and lab operations
- 5Strong troubleshooting skills using network diagnostic tools
- 6Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and JIRA
- 7Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Git workflows
- 8Advanced knowledge of TCP ICMP Netstat for system diagnostics
- 9First-class ability to learn challenging concepts rapidly
