- 1Lead end-to-end primary market research and consulting engagements as senior point of contact
- 2Translate ambiguous client questions into clear research objectives and deliverables
- 3Ensure high-quality on-time on-budget project delivery
- 4Synthesize findings into executive-ready insights and recommendations
- 5Present insights to senior stakeholders and guide decision-making
- 6Own personal sales and revenue targets including new business development
- 7Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and propose offerings
- 8Partner with business development and delivery teams to shape proposals
- 9Support thought leadership and client-facing marketing initiatives
- 10Operate as senior leader within cross-functional teams providing direction and feedback
- 11Mentor junior members and contribute to capability building
Requirements11
- 115+ years in MedTech market research consulting or commercial strategy
- 2Proven success leading complex qualitative and quantitative research engagements
- 3Strong client-facing presence engaging senior stakeholders
- 4Ability to own revenue targets and drive business development
- 5Experience across multiple MedTech therapy areas and modalities
- 6Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
- 7Ability to work independently in matrixed organization
- 8Advanced degree preferred MMR MBA PhD or equivalent
- 9Experience on both client and consulting/supplier sides
- 10Global project experience with international teams
- 11Prior experience in large professional services organizations
