- 1Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions and investments, evaluating technology, development, security, and risks
- 2Advise CIOs on key strategy questions such as outsource levels and vendor management
- 3Recommend IT operating models that balance agility, risk, cost, and business needs
- 4Help clients understand how IT operating models affect team structure and collaboration with business units
- 5Support clients in developing and training their teams to adopt new technologies and skills
- 6Communicate technical findings clearly to business leaders
- 7Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- 8Work with other Oliver Wyman teams to deliver integrated solutions
- 9Mentor and develop junior team members
- 10Guide clients through cloud migrations balancing cost control and fast deployment
- 11Design a cybersecurity risk program for financial services firms to meet regulations and reduce incidents
- 12Lead a talent development program to upskill IT and business teams on AI capabilities
Requirements11
- 110+ years in consulting, technology strategy, IT advisory, or related roles focused on technical due diligence and CIO support
- 2Strong knowledge of IT operating models, vendor management, cybersecurity, and compliance
- 3Ability to lead technical assessments and explain results clearly to business leaders
- 4Understanding of how IT operating models affect team dynamics and business collaboration
- 5Experience advising on innovation, emerging tech, and cloud adoption trade-offs
- 6Skilled in working with senior executives and managing complex organizations
- 7Proven ability to deliver practical and impactful client solutions
- 8Experience across multiple industries
- 9Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP
- 10Advanced degree in business, technology, or related fields
- 11Experience in financial services healthcare or technology sectors
