What You'll Do11

  • 1Drive strong technical problem solving in support of manufacturing operations
  • 2Develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages including assembly instructions workflow routing labor standards tool and fixture designs
  • 3Support production teams through process troubleshooting and incorporate engineering changes into MDPs
  • 4Drive continuous improvement to enhance cycle time reduce ergonomic risks and automate processes using CORE principles
  • 5Engage in design development and product transitions across various stages while providing real-time technical support
  • 6Apply manufacturing engineering skills to resolve constraints and improve product designs
  • 7Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to design and control producibility
  • 8Lead and coordinate projects across value streams and act as manufacturing authority
  • 9Communicate change reviews and effectiveness with CM and IPL including CNs and Variances
  • 10Participate in program ERBs CCBs MRBs and evaluate factory technical issues
  • 11Assist in resolving quality issues such as RCCA and maintain factory to factory quality standards

Requirements11

  • 15+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 2Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance prior to start date
  • 3U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
  • 4Detailed working knowledge of CMES PRISM and PDM
  • 5Previous experience with GD&T configuration management practices and military industry standards
  • 6CAD solid modeling proficiency with preference for CREO ProE and simulation tools
  • 7Experience integrating complex electronic subassemblies
  • 8Ability to reduce cost quality and schedule constraints through technical engagements
  • 9Understanding of factory and program performance data analysis
  • 10Preference for experience with technical drawing interpretation and RCCA resolution
  • 11Strong analytical skills to influence business decisions from design to production
