Overview
Lead financial analysis for strategic capital investments across GO&SC initiatives. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver objective business cases supporting enterprise value. Provide rigorous, unbiased insights and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead business case evaluation using EAT tools and Planisware to assess projects like Network Design and Automation
- 2Own financial modeling, savings calculations, and scenario analysis for capital investment decisions
- 3Utilize Planisware as system of record for project intake and reporting
- 4Develop standardized evaluation methodologies and templates for consistent analysis
- 5Present findings in clear formats to leadership and participate in peer reviews
- 6Collaborate globally to align projects with organizational goals
- 7Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency across evaluation workflows
- 8Build relationships across manufacturing platforms and technology organizations
- 9Support continuous improvement of tools and reporting practices
- 10Implement change to improve visibility and outcomes within GO&SC
- 11Foster cross‑functional partnerships to achieve enterprise value
Requirements10
- 17+ years finance/accounting experience with bachelor's degree or 5 years advanced degree
- 2Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insight
- 3Experience with matrix organizations and Medtronic financial systems (SAP OneStream Planisware)
- 4Comfortable with ambiguity and leading change initiatives
- 5Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and GAAP accounting principles
- 6Active team player with proven ability to influence and collaborate
- 7Bachelor's degree or relevant advanced qualification
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 95+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 10Experience managing multi‑project portfolios and delivering consistent analysis
