What You'll Do17
- 1Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes
- 2Present financial results forecasts and key insights to senior leadership
- 3Plan and forecast lead the monthly forecast and Annual Operating Plan processes end-to-end
- 4Deliver accurate timely and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reporting including variance analysis
- 5Identify trends risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize financial outcomes
- 6Perform in-depth financial modeling scenario planning and business case analysis
- 7Drive financial analytics for new initiatives investments and strategic projects
- 8Translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights
- 9Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes systems and reporting efficiency
- 10Drive automation standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- 11Oversee financial governance activities including purchase requisitions and contract reviews in SAP
- 12Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies and US GAAP
- 13Lead close processes including expense reviews journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- 14Collaborate effectively across global teams and functions
- 15Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial analysis and best practices
- 16Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to broader FP&A transformation efforts
- 17Support high impact executive-level requests and strategic initiatives as needed
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 26+ years progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- 3Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with robust financial modeling capabilities
- 4Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles
- 5Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- 6Experience working in dynamic fast-paced environments
- 7Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
- 8Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 9Experience with SAP and SAP Cross-Functional Collaboration
- 10Communication skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
