- 1Design and maintain internal controls safeguarding assets and ensuring financial data accuracy

- 4Coordinate capital budgets and standard costing for manufacturing operations
- 5Prepare annual product cost standards and facilitate performance reporting
- 6Develop productivity and customer service measurement tools with operations
- 7Gather and analyze financial data for meaningful reports and strategic advice
- 8Hire train and develop staff while deploying financial education programs
- 9Ensure compliance with GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate policies
- 10Lead financial aspects of strategic planning process as part of Plant Director team
- 11Manage travel logistics and participate in internal/external audits
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Finance or Business with 4+ years experience
- 2Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and complex functions
- 3Minimum 6 years accounting or financial planning experience
- 4Familiarity with Essbase Dodeca and SAP preferred
- 5Healthcare industry understanding preferred with manufacturing accounting background
- 6Proven leadership in supervisory and management roles
- 7Strong communication skills and ability to work in international settings
- 8MBA or equivalent preferred
- 9Experience with cost accounting and production/inventory control
- 10Ability to perform continuous sitting and keyboard intensive tasks
