Overview
The Project Manager will lead communication and coordination between project owners and management to ensure accurate reporting of achievements and issues. This role drives process improvements and serves as the key contact for disseminating new requirements. It focuses on optimizing portfolio value creation while supporting division strategy and business objectives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and manage processes for Project Management Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and sub-processes
- 2Demonstrate stewardship and provide project leadership aligned with business objectives
- 3Coordinate activities across R&D Operations Regulatory Quality and Commercial teams
- 4Act as point of contact for IBP reporting and updates
- 5Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain data integrity within projects
- 6Implement solutions to support long-term division goals
- 7Provide business updates on status resource needs and risks
- 8Document processes and use of project management tools
- 9Create a supportive work environment for cross-functional teams
- 10Drive scope budget and quality tradeoffs across multiple projects
- 11Ensure compliance with continuous sitting and standing time regulations
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline
- 2Minimum of 6 years experience in product development project management or business process implementation
- 3Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project
- 4Cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills
- 5Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- 6Process-oriented thinking focused on continuous improvement
- 7Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred
- 8PMP Certification preferred
Salary Insight
$90 - $180k per year
