- 5Create and approve change control packages in PLM system
- 6Communicate approvals and coordinate labeling documentation
- 7Supervise labeling specialists and coordinators to foster collaboration
- 8Drive workflow improvements to maximize productivity and output quality
- 9Manage and develop a team in a supportive environment
- 10Identify root causes of issues and develop solutions
- 11Lead labeling process optimization while maintaining compliance
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 22+ years of technical project management experience
- 3Knowledge of medical device regulations and ISO standards
- 4Proven leadership abilities with cross-functional teams
- 5Experience with packaging and labeling software
- 6Understanding of intellectual property protections
- 7Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 8Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment
- 9Certification in Project Management preferred
