What You'll Do11
- 1Build scalable solutions using Python and AWS to automate workflow processes
- 2Design and lead end-to-end clinical study management including timeline and budget oversight
- 3Facilitate communication between R&D Regulatory Affairs and sales teams through regular updates
- 4Identify and resolve resource constraints while maintaining compliance standards
- 5Drive protocol development and monitor adherence to quality protocols
- 6Coordinate Steering Committee meetings and maintain detailed documentation of milestones
- 7Provide specialized training to internal staff and external site personnel
- 8Analyze clinical data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
- 9Implement project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- 10Maintain strict compliance with FDA and ISO regulations throughout study lifecycle
- 11Develop custom reporting frameworks for executive stakeholder communication
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum 5 years in medical device clinical research or related field
- 3Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in quality assurance roles
- 4Certification as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 5Strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial regulations
- 6Excellent fluency in English with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- 7Experience with Spark and Airflow for data engineering tasks
- 8Familiarity with React for developing internal tools and dashboards
- 9Knowledge of Kubernetes for scalable application deployment
- 10Ability to work onsite in Sylmar California with flexible scheduling options
