What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and presentations for leadership and interpret results for finance and business teams.
- 2Develop and monitor AOP forecasts and best estimates ensuring accurate financial projections.
- 3Conduct in-depth financial analysis guiding strategic decisions and influencing brain modulation direction.
- 4Investigate financial results prepare key month-end close activities.
- 5Support brain modulation core teams project accounting processes and reporting systems.
- 6Attend and support IBP and PRC meetings facilitating strategic decisions on portfolio gaps.
- 7Communicate clearly delivering presentations influencing up down and across organization to implement enterprise goals.
- 8Partner with marketing and therapy directors evaluating investment opportunities.
- 9Lead ad-hoc projects requiring financial acumen providing insights and recommendations.
- 10Execute multi-function projects with strong financial and business expertise.
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years finance or accounting (Advanced degree with 5+) or CPA/MBA preferred.
- 2Experience with Hyperion SAP Anaplan healthcare industry familiarity.
- 3Strong analytical problem solving identifying trends translating data into insights.
- 4Consultative skills articulating analysis outcomes to business leaders.
- 5Expertise Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint.
