Overview
Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the International (OUS) portfolio at a publicly traded MedTech manufacturer. Report to the Enterprise FP&A Lead (D2) and partner with regional leaders to shape strategy. Drive monthly executive reporting and long-range plans across a complex global footprint. This role offers exposure to C-suite decision-making and the chance to influence Oracle and Hyperion systems.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the annual planning cycle for International markets, consolidating Hyperion submissions and validating bottom-up forecasts.
- 2Build monthly executive reporting packs that explain variance to plan and forecast for International P&L segments.
- 3Perform strategic financial modeling for M&A and market expansion scenarios, partnering with corporate development.
- 4Drive quarterly forecasting cycles with regional FP&A teams, aligning Oracle data with business insights.
- 5Develop KPIs for international operations and automate performance dashboards using Power BI.
- 6Coach a team of analysts to deliver high-quality financial analysis and support ad-hoc requests.
- 7Coordinate with tax, treasury, and accounting to ensure accurate foreign exchange and intercompany reporting.
- 8Present financial results to the Enterprise FP&A Lead and CFO, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Requirements7
- 18+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- 25+ years experience in a multinational manufacturing or MedTech company.
- 3Expert-level Excel modeling and proficiency with Hyperion and Oracle EPM.
- 4Strong understanding of foreign exchange, intercompany accounting, and international tax impacts.
- 5Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboarding.
- 6Track record of partnering with business leaders in Europe and Asia Pacific.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
