What You'll Do18
- 1Develop and articulate comprehensive SAP Manufacturing solution roadmap aligned with Life Sciences business objectives
- 2Architect scalable SAP solutions adapting to evolving regulatory requirements
- 3Partner with Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain leaders to define production priorities
- 4Establish standards operating procedures and best practices for production planning execution
- 5Evaluate emerging SAP technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency
- 6Drive manufacturing data quality GxP compliance and business value realization
- 7Produce architectural blueprints including data flow diagrams and configuration documentation
- 8Own S/4HANA PP MES/Digital Manufacturing and MRP platform strategy across multiple sites
- 9Govern enterprise SAP manufacturing domains including Production Orders Routings BOMs Work Centers
- 10Define enterprise standards for production planning execution within validated GxP environment
- 11Lead integration strategy connecting third-party MES platforms like Werum PAS-X with S/4HANA systems
- 12Deliver MES rollouts PAS-X integrations PP/MRP optimization and Digital Manufacturing transformation programs
- 13Lead cross-functional teams including SMEs Architects Analysts AMS partners System Integrators
- 14Establish KPIs for production performance planning accuracy system adoption GxP compliance operational excellence
- 15Drive platform stability validation lifecycle adherence CSV CSA continuous improvement initiatives
- 16Build enterprise manufacturing systems capabilities and digital maturity through manufacturing systems councils
- 17Influence senior leaders on manufacturing technology strategy investments and operating models
- 18Foster culture of operational excellence quality ownership accountability on shop floors
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree and eight years' experience or Master's Degree and six years' experience
- 212+ years SAP Production Planning Manufacturing Execution Systems and manufacturing/supply chain technology experience
- 3Deep expertise in S/4HANA PP MRP and MES/Digital Manufacturing platforms with hands-on Werum PAS-X integration experience
- 4Working knowledge of SAP IBP Kinaxis integration with production planning and MRP processes
- 5Experience defining SAP segmentation capabilities across planning manufacturing processes inventory batch segmentation
- 6Strong understanding of GxP methodologies computer system validation CSV CSA regulated pharmaceutical environments
- 7Experience leading enterprise-wide manufacturing digitization transformation programs
- 8Understanding of cross-functional manufacturing quality and supply chain process dependencies
- 9Strong leadership stakeholder management product ownership experience
- 10Ability to deliver large-scale SAP implementation projects with measurable business outcomes
