Functional BA - SAP Enterprise Solutions Global IT Services
Overview
Functional BA leads enterprise-grade SAP implementations driving digital transformation across automotive manufacturing retail and pharmaceutical sectors. Partner with clinical supply stakeholders to define requirements map processes and design solutions for demand forecasting and supply planning. Support tool deployment and validate outcomes through KPIs dashboards and reconciliation processes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Elicit analyze and document business functional requirements converting needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- 2Facilitate workshops interviews and process discovery across clinical demand forecasting supply planning inventory management depot/site distribution and returns
- 3Support design of clinical supply planning platforms including Signant SmartSupply SAP IBP Kinaxis Oracle 4C defining business rules workflows alerts and reporting
- 4Define KPIs dashboards and data requirements for protocol forecast accuracy inventory stock-out risk expiry manufacturing/packaging adherence and depot/site distribution performance supporting master data governance
- 5Develop test scenarios scripts and traceability matrices coordinating SIT UAT and CSV activities within GxP 21 CFR Part 11 context
- 6Manage pharmaceutical biotech experience with clinical supply chain projects and hands-on experience using Signant SmartSupply 4C SAP IBP Kinaxis
- 7Utilize Jira Azure DevOps Confluence for requirements management process modeling with Visio Lucidchart or BPMN tools
- 8Analyze data using Excel SQL Power BI or Tableau understanding APIs EDI middleware integrations and master data management
- 9Demonstrate domain expertise in clinical trial operations protocol design patient enrollment randomization and IP supply chain while adhering to GCP GMP 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11
- 10Apply analytical problem solving communication stakeholder management executive presence and global cross-functional collaboration skills
- 11Drive digital transformation initiatives delivering enterprise-grade SAP solutions across global enterprises
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Clinical Demand & Supply Planning certification
- 3SAP IBP certification
- 4Pharmaceutical industry experience with clinical supply chain
- 5Hands-on experience with GxP-regulated environments
- 6Strong requirements management using Jira Azure DevOps or Confluence
- 7Data analysis proficiency with Excel SQL Power BI or Tableau
- 8Understanding of APIs EDI middleware integrations and master data management
- 9Domain knowledge of clinical trial operations protocol design patient enrollment randomization and IP supply chain
- 10Familiarity with GCP GMP 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11
