What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver comprehensive primary care services in a family practice setting, managing acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
- 2Diagnose and treat health issues, performing routine physicals, preventive care, and health screenings.
- 3Develop and document treatment plans, ensuring accurate and timely records in eClinicalWorks.
- 4Coordinate patient care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity.
- 5Maintain a patient panel, providing continuity of care and building long-term relationships.
- 6Adapt to flexible scheduling, including selected weekday shifts until 7:00 p.m. and two Sundays per month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requirements9
- 1Active and unrestricted New York State license as an MD, DO, or Nurse Practitioner.
- 2Nurse Practitioners must have completed 3,600 clinical practice hours and be eligible for independent practice.
- 3Active enrollment as a participating provider with Medicare and New York State Medicaid.
- 4Active and unrestricted DEA registration.
- 52+ years of primary care or family practice experience.
- 6Strong clinical judgment and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 7Experience using eClinicalWorks is preferred.
- 8Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is preferred.
- 9Experience in gynecological or women's health services is a plus.
Salary Insight
$75 - $225k per year
