What You'll Do6
- 1Build a positive inclusive classroom environment and greet families daily
- 2Assist in recognizing individual developmental needs and follow IEPs and behavior plans
- 3Support Lead Teacher with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
- 4Maintain classroom safety and health standards and document incidents
- 5Complete daily care sheets and assist with curriculum delivery
- 6Work cooperatively with team members and communicate using Cadence approved tools
Requirements5
- 1{Minimum state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center}
- 2{Previous experience in early childhood or group care setting preferred}
