Pre-Op and Pain Medical Assistant, Pain Clinic & Multisite Coverage
Overview
Own the front and back-office support for a multisite pain management clinic. You will assist clinical providers, prepare and record patient data, and help coordinate care across Glendale, Mesa, and Peoria locations. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team focused on compassionate, patient-centered treatment plans. This role offers onsite, in-person work with travel between clinics and opportunities to grow with a supportive practice.
What You'll Do10
- 1Rooms all patients and prepares charts for clinical visits
- 2Performs intake of vital signs and clinical information with proper documentation
- 3Assists with prescriptions, work restrictions, and service orders
- 4Sets up and administers injections under provider supervision
- 5Enters information into the system per Pain Management protocol
- 6Collects, packages and documents UDSs as requested and per regulation
- 7Completes checklists for Blood Thinners, Procedures and RFAs
- 8Cleans and stocks exam rooms and adheres to universal precautions
- 9Performs routine appointment reminders and task preparation for the next day
- 10Interacts with other clinics to obtain or send patient records when needed
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Current BLS certification required
- 3Current ACLS certification required
- 4Completion of a Medical Assistant certification program preferred but not required
- 5Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

$42 - $48k per year
