Pain Management Medical Assistant, Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Overview
We are hiring a bilingual medical assistant to support outpatient pain management, primary care, and orthopedics at our Phoenix clinic. You will assist providers, perform routine clinical tasks, and help maintain a safe, organized clinical environment. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care and clear communication with patients of all ages in both Spanish and English. You will work onsite in a fast-paced outpatient setting and contribute to efficient clinic operations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assist providers with examinations and procedures in outpatient settings
- 2Take vital signs, document medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations
- 3Administer injections and assist with X ray procedures as needed
- 4Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment with safety protocol compliance
- 5Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow up care
- 6Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations
- 7Support administrative tasks to enhance patient care delivery
- 8Provide care coordination across Pain Management, Primary Care and Orthopedic services
Requirements5
- 1Spanish and English proficient speaking
- 2Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients of all ages
- 3Experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- 4Familiarity with outpatient clinics is advantageous
- 5Commitment to patient confidentiality and exceptional patient care
Salary Insight
$42 - $50k per year
