Overview
Own patient flow in a fast-paced pain management clinic and support physicians, NPs, and PAs with clinical tasks. You will prepare patients, document visits, perform blood draws, vital signs, and IM injections while maintaining accurate EMR records. You’ll contribute to smooth clinic operations, appointment scheduling, and room readiness. This role emphasizes patient care, collaboration, and adaptability in a busy medical setting.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build clean and organized patient rooms for providers
- 2Prepare injectables and medications for procedures
- 3Stock rooms and order supplies to maintain clinic readiness
- 4Chart in the EMR system and scribe as needed for providers
- 5Administer IM injections and perform blood draws
- 6Schedule appointments in the EMR system and answer phones
- 7Scan and fax documents to ensure accurate records
- 8Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories and visits
- 9Support with routine clinical tasks to support team efficiency
- 10Keep inventory and ensure compliance with clinic policies
