What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans

- 5Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth
- 6Maintain a clean organized child-safe classroom
- 7Collaborate with teachers to support program goals
Requirements8
- 1Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- 4Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- 5Current CPR and First Aid certification
- 6Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
- 7Warm patient enthusiastic demeanor with love for working with young children
- 8Strong communication and teamwork skills
