What You'll Do8
- 1Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
- 2Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to individual child needs
- 3Create safe nurturing spaces for playful learning
- 4Partner with parents sharing commitment to child development
- 5Support center success through enrollment and accreditation initiatives
- 6Cultivate relationships with families and community stakeholders
- 7Maintain compliance with state licensing and safety standards
- 8Deliver exceptional daily experiences that build confidence in children
Requirements8
- 1Active Child Development Associate credential or NAEYC candidacy status
- 2State trainer certification preferred
- 32-3 years early childhood education experience
- 4Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 5Meet Minnesota state qualifications or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid
- 6Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and engage in outdoor activities
- 7Strong communication skills in English for interactions with children and families
- 8Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

$33 - $44k per year
