What You'll Do8
- 1Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
- 2Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs
- 3Create safe nurturing environments for play and learning
- 4Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education
- 5Support center success through enrollment and accreditation goals
- 6Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
- 7Collaborate with staff to achieve operational objectives
- 8Engage in physical activities with children while maintaining safety standards
Requirements9
- 1Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- 2Active Child Development Associate credential or NAEYC candidacy
- 3Approved state trainer preferred with 2-3 years early childhood experience
- 4Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 5Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- 6Ability to lift 40 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
- 7Strong visual and auditory communication skills for child interaction
- 8Fluent English reading writing speaking ability for parent communication
- 9Pay range $16.85 - $21.60 hourly with Minnesota premium available
