What You'll Do7
- 1Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to individual child needs
- 2Create nurturing environments that encourage play and exploration
- 3Partner with parents to provide holistic care and education
- 4Support center operations including enrollment and accreditation goals
- 5Maintain safety standards by physically engaging with children as needed
- 6Develop strong relationships with families and community partners
- 7Collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional early childhood experiences
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience building educational programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in dynamic learning environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred but not required
- 4Strong English communication skills for interacting with children and families
- 5Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and assist children with mobility needs
- 6Ability to work both indoors and outdoors while maintaining professional boundaries
