What You'll Do9
- 1Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's unique needs
- 2Create a safe nurturing environment for play and learning
- 3Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
- 4Support center success through enrollment accreditation and engagement goals
- 5Cultivate positive relationships with families teachers and community contacts
- 6Maintain compliance with state licensing authorities and safety regulations
- 7Engage in physical activities with children while meeting accessibility requirements
- 8Read write and speak English fluently to communicate effectively
- 9Utilize CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in educational settings
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Physically able to lift 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring endurance
- 7Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- 8Ability to manage multiple situations effectively
- 9Knowledge of state specific qualifications or eagerness to obtain required certifications
- 10Commitment to providing exceptional child care
