What You'll Do7
- 1Lead coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom
- 2Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's unique needs
- 3Create safe nurturing environments for play and learning
- 4Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education
- 5Support center success through enrollment and accreditation goals
- 6Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
- 7Collaborate with staff to achieve operational objectives
Requirements11
- 1Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- 2Active Child Development Associate credential or NAEYC candidacy
- 3Approved state trainer preferred
- 42-3 years early childhood education experience preferred
- 5Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 6Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- 7Ability to lift 40 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
- 8Physical and visual contact capability with children
- 9Proficiency in reading writing and speaking English
- 10Pay range $16.85 - $21.60 hourly plus Minnesota premium
- 11Commitment to work-life balance support programs
