- 4Create a safe nurturing environment for play and learning
- 5Partner with parents to provide optimal care and education
- 6Support center success by collaborating with staff on enrollment accreditation and engagement
- 7Cultivate positive relationships with families teachers and state licensing authorities
- 8Engage with community contacts and corporate partners
- 9Assist with out-of-school time programs supporting families and elementary-aged children
- 10Deliver exceptional experiences that inspire learning
Requirements10
- 1Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- 2Active Child Development Associate credential or NAEYC candidacy status
- 3Approved state trainer preferred
- 42-3 years early childhood education experience preferred
- 5Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 6Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- 7Physically able to lift 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring movement
- 8Ability to assume low postures for physical and visual contact with children
- 9Fluent reading writing understanding and speaking English
- 10Commitment to supporting diverse families and communities
