What You'll Do6
- 1Interview, hire, and develop associates, building a high-performing hospital team.
- 2Train associates on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care education for clients.
- 3Evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity to identify improvement areas.
- 4Manage budgeting and planning, forecasting needs and monitoring financial performance.
- 5Support daily operations, including scheduling, time-off coordination, and continuing education tracking.
- 6Ensure adherence to Banfield guidelines and the Five Principles of Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom.
Requirements5
- 13+ years of supervisory experience, including hiring and associate development, in healthcare, veterinary, or service industries.
- 2Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 4Proven problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- 5Leadership and analytical expertise to drive operational excellence.
