Overview
Reports to District Manager oversees daily operations staff leadership financial performance client experience and regulatory compliance across Dermatology Internal Medicine Oncology Surgery. Leads high-performing multi-specialty veterinary practice ensuring efficient workflows exceptional patient care and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design operational frameworks for specialty service lines
- 2Lead staff mentorship training and performance evaluations
- 3Scale patient intake and treatment coordination processes
- 4Drive financial management including budgeting payroll and audits
- 5Standardize client-facing procedures across all specialty lines
- 6Coordinate shared resources like exam rooms imaging and surgical suites
- 7Partner with Medical Directors to set service-line goals
- 8Consolidate location-wide financial reporting with specialty breakdowns
- 9Oversee patient intake hospitalization and discharge coordination
- 10Maintain compliance with medical safety and regulatory standards
- 11Facilitate internal referrals and case co-management between specialties
