- 1Oversee all aspects of property performance compliance and resident satisfaction

- 7Provide strong leadership for a diverse team managing 250+ unit sites
- 8Travel regularly to various property locations
- 9Designate and implement cost-saving strategies for operational efficiency
- 10Develop and execute long-term asset revitalization plans
- 11Collaborate with HR on staffing and employee development initiatives
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 7-10 years of property management experience
- 2Proven track record with large-scale properties exceeding 250 units
- 3CPM-Certified Property Manager preferred
- 4Certification such as COS or CPO required
- 5Demonstrated ability to travel frequently to property sites
- 6Background check and drug test mandatory
- 75+ years experience in affordable housing project management
- 8Strong communication and supervisory capabilities
- 9Commitment to supporting employee retention and development
- 10Familiarity with multifamily development and acquisition processes
Salary Insight
