Overview
Manage daily operations of a Class A residential property while leading an onsite team. This role focuses on achieving leasing marketing and operational targets while ensuring occupancy and retention. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team and drive strategic initiatives.

- 5Cultivate resident relationships via communication outreach events and problem solving
- 6Establish vendor relationships to maximize service quality
- 7Monitor market trends competitor performance and pricing strategies
- 8Maintain compliance with local state and federal regulations
- 9Develop monthly lease renewals and collect quarterly bonuses
- 10Ensure professional growth by channeling expertise into action

Requirements10
- 1Valid driver's license required
- 2Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

- 5Minimum 1 to 3 years property management leadership experience
- 6Knowledge of multi-family financial processes budgeting and financial statements
