Portfolio Property Manager, HOA Talent
Overview
We are seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee residential communities including condominiums cooperatives and homeowners associations (HOAs). This role serves as the primary liaison between Boards of Directors residents and internal teams ensuring efficient operation compliance and strong financial performance Ideal for a relationship-driven organized professional thriving in fast-paced multi-property environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and facilitate board meetings and annual meetings
- 2Prepare and distribute agendas board packages and management reports
- 3Advise boards on operations governance policies and best practices
- 4Develop and manage annual budgets reserve plans and forecasts
- 5Review monthly financial statements monitor expenses and track delinquencies
- 6Support special assessments capital planning and financing initiatives
- 7Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple communities
- 8Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- 9Coordinate capital improvement projects inspections and preventative maintenance
- 10Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents NY regulations and insurance requirements
- 11Respond to resident inquiries create community communications and build relationships
Requirements10
- 11–3+ years of experience in property management HOA condo or co-op
- 2Strong knowledge of building operations maintenance and community governance
- 3Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills
- 4Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- 5CMCA AMS or similar certification preferred
- 6Ability to work independently prioritize across multiple deadlines
