Overview
You'll own daily operations for multiple residential HOA and condominium communities across New Jersey. Working directly with Property Manager and Board of Trustees, you'll handle resident communications, vendor coordination, and compliance. This role blends on-site field work with office tasks, offering growth into senior property management. You'll join a collaborative team focused on exceptional service.
What You'll Do7
- 1Manage daily operations for assigned communities, coordinating with Property Manager on maintenance and projects
- 2Resolve resident and board member inquiries via email and phone within 24 hours
- 3Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors for community maintenance
- 4Prepare and attend Board Meetings, documenting minutes and action items
- 5Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting
- 6Enforce company policies and HOA regulations across all communities
- 7Coordinate with Microsoft Office tools to track work orders and communication
Requirements6
- 12+ years in property management or related field
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 3Strong customer service and phone etiquette
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication
- 5Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- 6Experience in conflict management and team coordination
