Property Manager, HOA & Condo Associations
Overview
Property Manager will own a portfolio of Condominium and Homeowner Associations and residential rentals. This role manages daily operations, board relations, and vendor oversight. You will work with a supportive team at Pro Realty Options, a full-service Real Estate firm. The position demands high energy, strategic thinking, and a service-first mindset. Expect direct impact on community satisfaction and property performance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Seek new Properties to expand the management portfolio.
- 2Manage day-to-day operations for assigned HOAs and Condominium Associations.
- 3Communicate community Rules and Regulations to boards and members.
- 4Work with each Board of Directors on financial, maintenance, and compliance issues.
- 5Supervise site personnel, manage vendor relations, and ensure community well-being.
- 6Prioritize projects, timelines, and board communication, following through to completion.
- 7Maintain condominium documents including contracts, regulations, phasing, and violations.
- 8Draft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members.
- 9Provide administrative support to residents during sales, refinancing, and modification requests.
