What You'll Do6
- 1Sweep, mop, wash, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a polished appearance.
- 2Operate floor polishers and vacuums to clean and finish hard surfaces.
- 3Perform janitorial duties including trash collection and compactor operation.
- 4Complete minor repairs on building fixtures and finishes.
- 5Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways during winter months.
- 6Build rapport with residents, tenants, and staff through courteous interaction.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of experience in cleaning or handyman work (preferred).
- 2Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- 3Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- 4Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- 5Must pass a background check and reference verification.
