Requirements10
- 1Minimum 8 years in plant or manufacturing management with 3 years maintenance experience
- 2Engineering degree in mechanical electrical industrial or process disciplines
- 3Proven expertise in rubber or plastics manufacturing environments
- 4Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 5Demonstrated success in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs
- 6Strong knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety regulations
- 7Experience with data analytics for performance tracking
- 8Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 9Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
