We seek a skilled Physical Therapist to lead outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will focus on post-surgical recovery and sports injuries while fostering strong patient relationships.
What You'll Do5
- 1Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans for TKA THA rotator cuff repair ACL reconstruction
- 2Conduct comprehensive assessments of balance impairments and functional mobility limitations
- 3Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to active adults and athletes
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- 5Mentor new graduates through hands-on training and guidance
Requirements5
- 1Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
- 2Experience or interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy
- 3Strong communication and clinical reasoning abilities
- 4Ability to document patient progress accurately
- 5Commitment to patient-centered care philosophy
Salary Insight
$90 - $110k per year
