What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programs that improve patient outcomes across orthopedic and sports medicine services
- 2Lead a multidisciplinary team through daily operations and staff development initiatives
- 3Utilize ambient AI scribe technology to document patient encounters efficiently
- 4Drive process improvements to streamline patient flow and enhance facility efficiency
- 5Mentor new graduates and support senior clinicians through formal guidance programs
- 6Implement quality improvement projects that elevate clinical standards
- 7Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous learning
- 8Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- 9Optimize billing accuracy and maximize reimbursement through proper coding practices
- 10Ensure accurate documentation using advanced scribing solutions
- 11Promote healthy lifestyles by educating patients on injury prevention strategies
Requirements11
- 15+ years building outpatient PT programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams in fast-paced environments
- 3Active Missouri Physical Therapy License
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics in similar settings
- 6Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Ability to thrive in collaborative healthcare settings
- 8Commitment to lifelong professional development
- 9Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods
- 10Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems
- 11Dedication to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
