- 5Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track progress metrics
- 6Drive operational efficiency by optimizing therapy workflows and resource allocation
- 7Mentor junior staff and share best practices within the branch
- 8Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- 9Adapt treatment approaches based on evolving patient needs and evidence-based research
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading rehabilitation programs in home health settings
- 3Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- 4Proficiency in operating vehicles under varied weather conditions
- 5Current certification in CPC Card or equivalent clinical credential
- 6Strong communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 7Ability to operate Kubernetes environments for telehealth platforms
- 8Experience with React frameworks for developing patient tracking applications
- 9Knowledge of AWS Certified cloud infrastructure for secure data management
