- 5Distribute medications promptly to ensure patient service
- 6Prepare and compound medications using proper techniques for patient safety
- 7Maintain clean and organized pharmaceutical environment
- 8Log medications properly and maintain adequate supplies of stock items
- 9Check and document expired medications monthly
- 10Provide feedback to new employees and assist with training
Requirements5
- 1Georgia pharmacy technician or intern registration
- 2Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Certification in pharmacy technology
