Overview
Group seeks Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator for client in Chestnut Ridge NY. Schedule 1st shift 7AM - 3:30PM. Pay rate $22 - $25 per hour. Manage production of drug products ensuring compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Operate pharmaceutical production machinery including weighing blending dispensing mixing coating encapsulating granulating drying milling compressing handling potent compounds
- 2Execute written SOPs to ensure material purity
- 3Use scales obtain printouts zero tares set calibrations per SOP
- 4Examine product labels QC release tags batch production records verify raw materials release
- 5Perform master cleaning and surface cleaning according to SOPs
- 6Conduct machine changeovers between batches under supervision
- 7Learn sampling techniques
- 8Run processes to meet assigned schedules standards routers
- 9Participate in debriefings when expectations are not achieved
- 10Document manufacturing processes batch records protocols logbooks
- 11Provide status updates and document operational challenges on status boards
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2At least 3 years related experience
- 3Forklift certification may be required for blending and granulation
- 4Ability to learn cGMP regulations and manufacturing processes
- 5Basic math and reading skills
- 6Legible writing skills
- 7Basic problem-solving abilities
- 8Ability to learn master cleaning and surface cleaning procedures
- 9Ability to learn basic equipment setup
- 10Ability to learn sampling procedures
- 11Observe all safety and security procedures
