What You'll Do12
- 1Coordinate and manage Personal Injury patient cases across all three locations
- 2Serve as on-site team member supporting PI operations
- 3Accompany patients to appointments with chiropractors attorneys and partner offices
- 4Assist with in-person coordination scheduling and patient support
- 5Act as liaison between patients attorneys chiropractors and medical providers
- 6Track patient appointments treatment progress and case status
- 7Ensure all required documentation and forms are completed and submitted properly
- 8Follow up with patients to ensure compliance with appointments and treatment plans
- 9Assist with general administrative and operational tasks related to PI cases
- 10Help coordinate transportation appointments and scheduling between multiple offices
- 11Provide updates to management regarding case progress and any issues that arise
- 12Support front office operations when needed
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified experience required
- 45+ years building data tools
- 53-5 seasons managing complex projects
