What You'll Do11
- 1Own customer interactions and process deposits and payouts accurately
- 2Receive cash and checks verify amounts and identify counterfeit checks
- 3Enter transactions and issue receipts while balancing daily operations
- 4Process Western Union wires and cash advances
- 5Cross-sell bank services and products
- 6Prepare money orders cashier checks wire transfers and certificates of deposit
- 7Operate computers and office machinery
- 8Lift up to 50 lbs. during duties
- 9Maintain compliance with approval limits set by authority levels
- 10Follow environmental and physical requirements including standing walking
- 11Adhere to schedules subject to change
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 18 years old
- 2High school diploma or equivalency or current student
- 3Six months retail or customer service experience preferred
- 4Flexible availability including evenings weekends holidays
- 5Pass background investigation per company policy
- 6Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- 7Background check clearance required
