- 1Build scalable ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design and implement patient education programs tailored to diverse needs
- 3Assess social/cultural variables and adapt interventions accordingly

- 5Coordinate discharge planning and teach patients self-care strategies
- 6Analyze social determinants to improve care delivery
- 7Implement systematic problem-solving using the nursing process
- 8Prioritize complex cases requiring multi-system disease management
- 9Mentor new nurses and support professional development
- 10Maintain accurate documentation reflecting critical thinking approaches
- 11Identify referral needs based on comprehensive assessments
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of clinical nursing experience
- 3Graduate of nursing school
- 4California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 5AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS) certification
- 6Proficiency with NIH Stroke Scale assessment tools
- 7Ability to delegate tasks with appropriate supervision levels
- 8Strong knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols
- 9Experience with electronic health record documentation systems
- 10Demonstrated leadership in improving workflow efficiency
- 11Commitment to continuous quality improvement initiatives
