What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain relationships with patients and families to ensure coordinated care Utilize critical thinking and the nursing process for effective decision making
- 2Supervise patient management using Spark and Airflow tools Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation
- 3Monitor care delivery and advocate for patients Implement discharge planning strategies Advocate for optimal treatment plans
- 4Collaborate across the health care continuum Apply evidence based practices Assist team members in meeting individual needs
- 5Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems Champion continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license from California Board of Registered Nursing
- 3Basic Computer skills and experience with computerized documentation systems
- 4Pass or challenge the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum within 21 days of hire
- 5Ability to pass Code Blue Drill annually and complete standardized procedures for cardiac emergencies pacemaker management hypoglycemia treatment pressure ulcer prevention medication administration central line PICC line wound VAC lift equipment
