What You'll Do12
- 1Build and lead a float pool team delivering expert care across diverse clinical environments
- 2Design and execute patient care plans aligned with BORN regulations and professional standards
- 3Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- 4Manage critical care census fluctuations ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- 5Perform device interrogation and programming for cardiac pacemaker patients
- 6Conduct trans-telephonic follow-ups for cardiac pacing research participants
- 7Maintain strict adherence to ACLS BCLS and CPR protocols throughout patient interactions
- 8Coordinate with physicians for complex cases requiring specialized interventions
- 9Provide direct care in high-acuity settings including ICU and ED
- 10Document all patient encounters accurately using dual identifier verification
- 11Implement cost-saving strategies through efficient resource utilization
- 12Serve as charge nurse during peak periods demonstrating leadership capabilities
Requirements11
- 1Current MA RN license with 1-2 years experience
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow in data engineering roles
- 33-5 seasons of clinical experience in acute care settings
- 4Certified in CPC Card or equivalent critical care certification
- 5Proven ability to obtain BCBS certification within first year
- 6Expertise with AWS infrastructure and cloud solutions
- 7Strong knowledge of React front-end frameworks
- 8Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration platforms
- 9Experience deploying applications using Docker containers
- 10Understanding of Terraform infrastructure as code practices
- 11Background in GitHub version control systems
